OUR EXPERIENCE

UNITED STATES NAVY
The team performed fire damage and soot remediation high secure rail gun testing site. Area consisted of 20,000 SF with a 50-foot ceiling.

UNITED STATES ARMY
The crew designed and abated carpet, floor tile, and asbestos-containing mastic, performed final clearance for re-occupancy at Fort Devens.
The team completed a hazardous materials survey, performed asbestos, lead and mold abatement and spill response at Fort McNair.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA HOUSING AUTHORITY
The team abated Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) floor tile and mastic in multiple properties and mold testing and remediation in District of Columbia Housing Authority housing units. Over 200 units have been tested and/or remediated by the team.

MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
The team helped transition the client into a new market related COVID-19 relief efforts.

UNIVERSITY OF MARY WASINGTON
The crew contained and removed asbestos-containing materials so that the steam/condensate piping, waterlines and sanitary sewer infrastructure could be demolished. The team provided air monitoring of the confined space during abatement.

UPPER OCCOQUAN SERVICE AUTHORITY
Performed combustible hazardous dust cleaning for the third floor/level horizontal building surfaces and the mezzanine level. he team vacuumed all “loose” dust via the Explosion / Dust Ignition proof industrial HEPA vacuums and use brushes to loosen “hardened” organic dust residue.

CITY OF BOWIE
Removed and replaced 150 Stormfilter cartridges in six (6) vaults and properly disposed of old cartridges. Pumped out and power washed six (6) Stormfilter vaults and properly disposed of collected debris and wash water.

DISTRICT DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
Provided EHS work order response support and Emergency EHS response services, industrial hygiene services, such as assessments and monitoring of abatement project activities, scopes of work for abatement activities, air quality monitoring, radon monitoring, mold assessment and monitoring, hazardous materials surveys and assessments.
