U.S. Army Ft. McNair Building 58 Renewal

Performed asbestos, lead, and mold abatement of abandoned school building. Removed asbestos containing caulking on windows and doors, lead-based paint abatement on structural steel and re-painting and remediation of mold affected surfaces due to water damage. Remediation and recoating was completed according to the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) and United Facilities Criteria Protective Coatings and Paints standards and guidelines.
